Does anyone know the details about the 28-day-limit, in specific the following scenario:

Do the 28 days count from the last log-in into the German network, or from the first log-in into a foreign EU-network?

Realistic scenario: I use Simquadrat on 01 June in Germany, then switch it off, and on 01 July switch it on again somewhere in the EU but outside Germany.

Just wondering, but I guess I´ll be able to test this scenario very soon
