You wrote "FR SIM cards" (plural). Sorry if I misunderstood. You would be very popular here if you could help out with obtaining B&You SIM cards. My B&You SIM card is already on its way, so I'm speaking for others.

sorry i use plural

The problem if b&you blocks non-FR customers is for law responsibily against
bad SIM cards use (drug traffic is the well known)...

same thing is done in UK except delightmobile UK with a hint & tricks.


FR volunteer specialist in mobile.
Looks for free SIM with FR roaming Orange, Bouygues & SFR.

Delight mobile OK. Piranha mobile OK until now with a bad issue at the beginning.

Such discrimination is prohibited by Article 20 of Directive 2006/123/EC. If they accept French cards, then they have to accept cards from other EU countries.

A lawsuit is between two private entities, which would not be the case here. This would be action by a public body against a private entity, e.g. a prosecution or other enforcement action.
