SMS between TIM or WIN SIMs

Will be in italy for two weeks. Both my wife and i have Iphones 4S jailbroken.
If we buy 2 Preepaid Sims (one each phone) from either Win or any other carrier. Do we still pay theSMS Rate or is it free among same carrier. What is cheaper to call each other or SMS? If we both have prepaid cards from same carrier.

You can add some option which gives you some free minutes and texts for on network calls/texts.
With Wind, for example:
Noi 2 Unlimited 3000 mins/week to 1 Wind number € 1.00/week
Super Noi Wind 400 mins, 400SMS/MMS per week to all Wind numbers 3.00/week
