I can only find "PIAZZA DEI CINQUECENTO SNC" as the location at Termini. Maybe someone who's been to Rome more recently than I can answer you.

Thanks, I have gen the Codice Fiscali already. But someone told me that just using the passbook is ok for the purchase. It that true?

It has been years. I don't know what's current policy. When I was last there some agents knew how to generate the CF from your passport.
