Good idea to list the online top up services!
For Germany we can add cabox.de, which is especially useful for foreigners because they accept PayPal. When it comes to ezetop, it seems legit. Moldcell actually advises in their own product guide that you should use ezetop to top up from abroad. Their fees also seem fair, for top ups between €5 and €10 you pay a fee of about €1.
