![]() Hi all!
Sorry, I know there are a few posts here about Croatia but here goes... We're going to Split in September and will be spending a week on the Dalmation Coast & islands. I want to buy a SIM that will give me decent coverage and a good price for data: I doubt I will be making many (if any) calls. There seems to be such a huge gulf in price between T-Mobile right down to MVNO BonBon, so I wondered if there was anything I needed to know re coverage etc. Thanks. |

![]() Yes, BonBon has the best price - 0,7kn/MB.
But also, BonBon have data-only SIM on which you can activate "Dnevni internet paket" (daily option) for 3 kn and you get 300 MB. Data SIM card is only available in their webshop, and they don't deliver it abroad. But if you are interested...... ![]() Coverage is same as of T-mobile. Greetings Zvone Quote:

![]() After top up with 10 kn voucher, validity will be prolonged for 10 days, 20 kn 20 days, 40 kn 40 days, 80 kn 80 days and 160 kn 360 days. After this active period follows inactive period of 90 days (receiving calls and SMS only), and after this 90 days account will be erased, and amount on it lost.

![]() Thanks for your help, Zvoneb. These are the settings technical support gave me but I could not get any results. The phone was showing data symbols but no data was forthcoming.
I cannot make calls or send sms either. The only sms I have received have been from BonBon but they are naturally in Croatian and I don,t understand any of them. I think I might buy a SIM from T-Mob, VIP or Tele2 because at least they have shops I can visit where they can make sure it all works! EDIT: BonBon support have sorted it. Seems I just needed to make a call and all was well ![]() |
