Call them at 0039 030.2459030 thius is their fixed Italian number and ask for Hotel assistance in buying the sim. The Sim works very good, was able to receive free calls in different countries.

How much did you pay for the sim? I do not find this info on the english version. It only gives me option to buy the sim combined with mobile phone. Isnt there any option to buy the sim only?
