![]() Sorry to hear about the issues you experienced Bossman, i've sent you a PM so i can investigate this further with our technical division. Many smart phone handsets now run applications that will use data even if the customer is not directly using them, such as weather apps, fetch email, location services, ect. There is usually an option on the handset to disable data when roaming; for an ekit Sim it is 312 short code to disable data (313 to enable again).

![]() There is a much better way to solve the problem and generate a lot of data traffic for you. Please change this:
"The minimum charge is for 100KB and usage is charged in increments of 10KB" to this, like some other provider: "The minimum charge is for 1KB and usage is charged in increments of 1KB." After you do so, I can stop using my Italian SIM. ![]() |

![]() I just want to mention that the Ekit representative responded quickly and took a look at it. They also credited my account with more than what I lost due to this accidental usage.
