![]() Hi
I am traveling to Italy for 14 days for my honeymoon at the end of this month and will be bringing my Samsung Captivate. I would like to get a prepaid SIM that has data, and i see that most of the carriers offer some sort of pre-paid data plan. Is one carrier better than the others? I have heard TIM has really good coverage all over. I will be in Rome, Amalfi Coast, Isle of Capri, Florence, Pisa, Siena, & Venice....and everywhere in between cause i have rented a car and we will be driving. I dont plan on making many calls, if any, but I do use the internet alot, and would like to use google maps, so i can find where im going ![]() What do you think is best for my situation? |

![]() Surely TIM has the best coverage. Vodafone is rather good but more expensive. Wind is a little less good, but cheaper. Don't rely on 3, it has coverage in towns, but many "holes" in between.
Deceased Prepaids: CZ: Oskar, Eurotel; SK: Orange; DE: E-Plus, Aldi, Simyo; GE: Geocell; AM: Armentel; PL: Heyah, Plus; LT: Tele2; LV: Amigo; EE: Elisa; UA: Kyivstar; NZ: Vodafone; INT: UM, UM+, ICQSim. GSM/3G Phones: Nokia Lumia 630 dual sim |
