TIM simcard: 10€ including 5€ of credit (you can use it for calls, SMS, etc...)
Internet Senza Limiti: 24€ for 1 month plus 5€ activation fee (could be free for new users, surely with Wind it is).

You don't add minutes, you add credit (you can refill any amount with TIM) which you can use for any need (voice calls, SMS, MMS, video calls...)

Given my flight into Fiumicino, train to Termini, and them Metro to NW part of city, any preference Wind versus TIM? I'm leaning toward TIM so that I can get the SIMs at the airport and use the time on the train for any activation delays and then, hopefully, have service when I get to Termini. It's really not required, but it would be one less thing to worry about.

Sorry for the constant questions...

I recall reading that TIM had a better network (state owned company )
