![]() I did a support ticket on what the deal is. The reply was that I should have already received the sim and they were sending another out to me.
I would say they have no clue how to handle this. We should have been more informed on this going down and the sims in hand before the shutdown date. On my ticket I brought up how just three weeks ago I was informed from a support ticket from them that the classic sims would not be deactivated. What a waist of time. It seems like just yesterday the argument between a Dealer and a few users on this forum that the Classic Maxroam sim was going to/not going to be deactivated. |

![]() I an also verify that I did not receive the sim card. I suspect maxroam did not send anything out and did ONLY after the customer contacts them. Or may be they just totally forgot to send it out.
Can anyone in this forum please post if they received the new sim card without contacting their clueless customer support. Sim cards: AT&T (Contract), 3 UK, Piranha Mobile |

Maybe only people generating enough minutes got the card automatically. Nice way to clean up the userbase ![]() Anyway, I can receive calls for free, but calling the new number is to expensive, so I think I'll keep it as a backup, but never as a primary card.
