As far as I know, there is no such roaming card.

I would look at Truphone and ekit's various offers. One of ekit's SIMs has free in coming calls to US/Canada on the UK number. Ekit's SIM have a US {Massachusetts area code] and a UK [IOM] You will want to check both of ekits eBay user names--they sell SIMs with different plans.

Truphone has US phone numbers and you can choose the area code. I am not sure how a person in the UK would get a US number versus a UK number. I would call them about that. A second number costs extra.


Check the rates of as many SIMs as you can find. One might be a better fit for you.
