My situations is this : * Not German * Rarely visit Germany * No German bank account or credit card * No friends/family/contacts in Germany Looking for German PrePay SIM that (in no particular order) * can be topped-up remotely * has roaming enabled * can receive SMS internationally free-of-charge * has credit with long-life or does not expire * has low requirements to keep SIM alive (top-ups,receive/make calls/sms) * has low cost top-ups available Thanks in advance |
