![]() Hi,
I received a pre-paid Vodafone SIM card when I bought an iPhone in Italy last year. The card is a USIM 128K 15.21; it has a PIN, a PUK and what looks like a serial number, but no phone number. When I plug it into an unlocked phone, the phone says "inactive SIM". I tried the vodafone.it web site, and there is an option of activation (I think; my Italian is very basic) here: http://www.areaaziende.vodafone.it/1...odafonesim128k but it requires registration, which in turns requires a phone number. What am I doing wrong? Is there any way I can activate the SIM before I go to Italy? Thanks a lot for any help! |

![]() To register to Vodafone.it you only need an italian mobile phone number of any operator (for sms verification code).
But the link you posted is only for business contracts. |
