![]() I am totally new to using SIM cards and I have a WIND card to use in Italy but I am not dialing back to the US correctly. Also, when someone tries to call me from the US with the SIM number it is not working. I need help big time. What is the correct format for dialing phone numbers?

From Italy on your WIND card you dial +[country][area][number] So in your case for example +15071234567 to reach a number in Minnesota. From the US people have to dial 01139[your WIND number] e.g. 011393281234567 hope that helps a bit Chris Thailand: truemove (phone+sms+wifi) International: xxSim+372, toggle +44/+49/+41/+31 Phones: Huawei Mate7, Huawei P9 |

![]() nope, in the US international calls start with 011 instead of 00 like here in europe.

![]() From the US to the wind phone, dial 011-39-xxx yyy yy yy
From the wind phone, to call the US, dial 001-xxx yyy yyyy xxx is the area code, for example 380 is my wind area code, 212 is new york. yyy is the local phone number Rates to call the US are high- it's .50 € per minute, but .63 or so for the first minute (taxes). See the thread I just started in the voip/callback part of this forum about Jajah. 0.213¢ u.s. a minute and you don't pay for inbound calls on the wind phone. |

![]() How do you dial with Wind card from Italy to Australia.
Would this be right? Is the 00 necessary? 00 + 61 +Area Code + Tel # |

From most countries, it's easiest just to key a + rather than the 00, so you don't have to deal with the differering international access codes. (from Australia to Italy it's 0011 39 .., or +39 ...). Voip: Localphone UK, Anveo US, Google Voice |

![]() Thanks a lot RTuesday. Get it now. Had the +61 for all my contacts and wasn't sure if it'd work.
