It appears Wind Italy now restricts "call your country" to the 5 cent plan. This means I have to pay the 5 euro a month plus the 4 euro every 4 months?
It appears the rates to Canada have dropped to 0.20/minute from 0.30/min.

The second is true, calls to Canada now cost 0.20 eur/min.
You still can activate CYC on any Wind plan. And the cost is 4€ every 6 months.
