Best last-minute France service

My boss is leaving for a 2 week trip to France next Tuesday. He doesn't have a GSM phone, so wondering our options for a rental or way to get service as he visits? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Call in Europe has a decent phone/SIM package. They ship from the East Coast and have overnight delivery.
