I think that I have a better idea. You can have up to 300 minutes of cheap connections to landlines in Play (activate it with *111*34*1#). It means that you will be able to talk for 5 groszes per minute. You can also use Skype Lite in Poland Skype Lite ? for Nokia, Motorola, Samsung and Sony Ericsson phones Skype Lite does NOT utilize WiFi. It calls a local access number, which means that you can call via Skype Lite anywhere in Poland. To cut the story short it means that you will be able to call for around 12 groszes (5 groszes for Play and 7 groszes for Skype) per minute (less than 4 cents per minute!) anyone in the States and Canada and landlines in the EU.
Actually I do like that and the quality of voice is very good.

The FAQ text regarding the minimum TOP UP for a new DialNow account is nonsense.
I just opened a new account and paid via PayPal 10€ balance +VAT+fee

= €12,61 !!!
