Culinary Traveler (Offline) Junior Member Newbie Posts: 1 Join Date: 01 Sep 2009 Country:	Wind SMS fees - 01-09-2009, 19:48 Does Wind charge for incoming text messages as well as outgoing? Or like TIM does it just charge for outgoing text messages?
