Italy: Operator phone numebrs / 3G on Lipari Isalnd

I am trying to find out about 3G coverage (UMTS) on the island of Lipari, near Sicilia. The info on the operator websites is not very specific, so I’d like to phone the customer service call centres of the operators. However, I can’t seem to find numbers which work from abroad.

Here is what I have:

TIM: +39 3399 119 - does not seem to work

Wind: +39 32 05 00 01 55 – does not seem to work

I have tried two numbers ot Wind head office in Mialnd, and they don't work either (!)

I do not have numbers for the other operators.

Can anyone help with phone numbers for all the operators which can be reached from overseas? Also, what is the best resource for checking UMTS Coverage?

You want to check coverage on the phone? Why the hell don't you check it online???

BTW in Lipari you should have 3G coverage with all 4 operators.
