travelsim.co.uk / globalsimcard offline ?

Have a travelsim.co.uk card and a globelsimcard.co.uk/geosim

At the moment both are not working. That phone can't be called and callback on the phone does not work. sms does come thru.

Travelsim has a nice message on there site when you click customer service saying they have a problem. Globalsimcard i don't see a message.

Hope this will not take that long.

Everything works now again.

It's good to have these things on your website to inform customers, saves me a call and the provider getting many calls telling the same story.

This is a plus for Travelsim.co.uk and globalsimcard.co.uk you might want to consider doing the same if it happens in future.
