That's assuming they have a cell phone with a national plan that can call all over the U.S. for free. So if they call you, a 10 minute call is only (including a connection fee) $2.25. Calls back to the U.S. from France are 49 cents with the Passport SIM. Calls back to the U.S. from France are 39 cents a minute with the Passport Plus.
