I am trying to find if there are any international sims left that use jersey telecoms roaming agreements. Preferably the number should start with +447937.

Besides sim4travel

Any idea?

But you have ISLE OF MAN providers with one english number in +44 7924 or +44 7624
To be called you get the same UK rates like in Jersey
