CTBC rates for prepaid are as follows:
peak is 07:00 to 21:59
off-peak 22:00 to 06:59 for the general plan

For the specific plans the off peak plans are:
Noite (Night): 20h to 08h monday to friday
Commercial (Comercial): 08h to 20h monday to friday
Weekend (Fim de semana): off peak at saturdays, sundays and holidays
