![]() Possibly of interest to some here - Truphone now have "unlimited" plans, including one that can call mobiles in many countries for $40/mo.
I don't use a phone enough for it to be useful to me, but for a really heavy user it could save money or at least give peace of mind you're not running up a giant bill. Strange the way they don't seem to include New Zealand (not even landlines) in these plans, while including much more expensive countries (such as Mexico mobile). |

![]() That is quite interesting! I am not aware of anyone else who offers this many mobile destinations at flatrate. Just spotted though it is limited to a Fair Use limit of 3000 minutes per month and 60 minutes per call. Still fairly generous though. I wonder if the UK mobiles include the full +44 7 range!
I too call NZ quite a bit, but use one of the many Betamax clones that offer landlines for "free" for the 90 days after making a small topup! I am sure you are aware of them too. |
