Voicemail in estonia based sim

I was wondering if there is any way of listening to the voicemail of an Estonia based international sim, besides the handset. I mean by dialing from another phone your number and listen to the messages

I use this one:

Access number is +3726868087
then you have to enter your mobile number like 372xxxxxxxx and press #
then your password and press #

You have to setup this password before in voicemail menu options
(press "0" in main voicemail menu, then "5" to change the password).
