![]() Dear TravelSIM - friends!
We see a some postings about blocked SIM Cards. The reason as you know is that TravelSIM Card expires 24 months after the last topup. We have a lot of customers who are using the SIM Cards only one time or customers who are using other solutions then. Normally prepaid SIM cards have an expiration time of 1 year - TravelSIM hast 2 years after the last recharge. We have to do this also to recycle phone numbers of unused SIM cards. Please if you notice that your SIM card is blocked and you still want to use it, please send an email to support@travelsimshop.com together with your phone-number and ask to reactivate your SIM card, we will do our best to reactivate the SIM card for your use again. We can ensure that there are no crises with TravelSIM, our product is healthy and we try to support as good as we can. Thanks a lot for your attention, Your TravelSIMshop.com Team |
