Maybe they are already reserved for the new LTE/Wimax operators?
just a quick google search gives me this article: http://tweakers.mobi/nieuws/57020 (in Dutch) But then you would expect more then 2 reservations. And I think that the NMBS is there because they have their own gsm-r network: GSM-R - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia |
