why the SIM is blocked.
(Of course it is less than 24 manths from the last billed event.)

Has anybody experienced the same trouble?
I last USED the TravelSIM in August 2008. I recently (January, 2009) checked my balance and it was > 10 Euros. I did this because I was going to loan the SIM out to a friend whose son was heading for CH over the Easter week. Yesterday I tried to check the balance on the phone and received the response "ACCESS DENIED." I logged on and my balance has dropped to 0 Euros.

I have written their customer support. I THOUGHT one usually received an automated email acknowledging the receipt of a trouble ticket.

To tell you the truth, I would not be surprised that TravelSIM has joined the ranks of the deceased.
