I think you can activate both with no problems.
The big problem is that prepaid Wind cards in the last 9 months had HUGE problems with international data... it works in Austria and Germany for sure, it should work in Switzerland too, but that's probably almost all... no one understands what's going on, most of data roaming agreements seem to have vanished  Deceased Prepaids: CZ: Oskar, Eurotel; SK: Orange; DE: E-Plus, Aldi, Simyo; GE: Geocell; AM: Armentel; PL: Heyah, Plus; LT: Tele2; LV: Amigo; EE: Elisa; UA: Kyivstar; NZ: Vodafone; INT: UM, UM+, ICQSim.
