Yes it is still available- Yoigo - 0 cent/min la primera hora diaria de llamadas entre Yoigos.
I bought a sim a few weeks ago in Carrefour in Tenerife, 10 Euro with 10 Euro credit included. Ask for the Prepaid Sim. You need a passport and a Spanish address (I gave the holiday villa I was renting). |
