I think this was in this post somewhere, but I note that 5 and 10 euro topups are once again available on the Vodafone Italia website. So someone must have decided that forcing people to pay 15 minimum was counterproductive. So: Bravo, Vodafone.

Default TIM MaxxiALICEWeb Facile Rech - 19-02-2010, 01:56

Can anyone advise how to deactivate TIM`s MaxxiALICEWeb Facile Recharge? I am aware there is separate post and info on that prepared by Effendi, but it does not work;

I was in Italy for one week and used TIM data card /only TIM was available and had no time to look for other options /;

It worked great with my Nokia E61; I used it for Internet in Nokia as well as in my laptop and for internet calls via skype and fringe;

Before I left Italy I tried to send sms and deactivate it; I was sending sms to 4916 and 40916 with text PRO FACILE OFF; OFF; I was getting a reply on syntax error in the request; Actually I am back in Poland;

Can I do it myself via internet? I registered on the webpage and have info on the offer, my data etc.; /https://www.119selfservice.tim.it/ I do not know Italian, so some guidance would be welcomed;

What is the international number of TIM`s helpdesk? Among others I tried to call +39.3399.119 using landline; I was also trying to dial 00 800 number;
