Uruguay - Mobile Internet possible?

First hand and solid ...

Due to my lack of (Rio de la plata)-spanish I´m not able to figure out what the Claro website info is all about.

It looks like that Claro offers a (contract)possibility of mobile internet with 2mbps which is usable in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay without roaming charges.

If there is anybody with experiences with Claro or one of the other competitors in UY, PLEASE POST.
