CallYa SIM Add Time Outside Germany?

We travel to Germany frequently to visit my wife's family. A few years ago we purchased a phone and SIM (CallYa) SIM from Vodafone Germany. When we are there we have no issues with adding money to the account. However, my wife is going on a business trip to London, Paris and Munich. Is there a way to add time to her SIM from the US and if not can it be done in London which is her arrival city? Any help is appreciated.
