I know our focus is GSM, but here is a CDMA offering that might be of interest to some. Cricket PCS is offering unlimited, uncapped, US prepaid data for $40 a month. Their market is limited, but for many this may prove to be a viable option once Cricket takes the offering to all of its markets:
