How much I have to reload to keep SIM (tre.it) alive?

I dont know when the USIM had been bought, but I haven't used it more than 6 month and I can still login on tre.it with my card. So it seems to be still active and an old one.

Can you say me the Telephonenumber of 3 for sending SMS?

I have seen that my SIm was activated at 24.05.2006 that would meen that I have to make a payment every 5 month but I haven't used my card more than 6 month and it is still working. I am confused.
