![]() Is it better to buy a SIM card at an official WIND store, and then buy refills at a tabacchi store? Does it make a difference?

![]() You can't buy the sim at tabacchi, there you can only refills. There isn't difference between a refill at tabacchi or store

![]() The difference between a Tabacchi and a Wind store is that at the first you can buy refills & cigarettes, but not Wind sim-cards, while at the latter you can buy refills & Wind sim-cards, but no cigarettes.
