That's similar to what they said when I got a GT-sim in 2005: http://www.prepaidgsm.net/forum/gt-sim-t706p6.html (they claimed it would be reduced in Feb 2006). Never happened that time. Believe it when you see it (and if they sustain it for more than a promotional period), otherwise just vapourware.

GT-SIM now offers a SIM package including a Quad-Band-GSM phone for 99,95 Euro including 100 Euro of call credit.
Might be interesting for some people here.
