Recharge help for TIM SIM card.

Yes, my cell phone is a good phone but here is something else.

I just received this e-mail from TIM, and I am having a bit of trouble understanding it. Can anyone help me?

La ringraziamo per aver utilizzato il servizio 119 da WEB.

In merito alla Sua mail del giorno 26/05/08, Le comunichiamo che a seguito
delle opportune verifiche per il numero ********, lo stesso potrà essere
utilizzato nello stato Canadese solo a seguito della richiesta di
domiciliazione su carta di credito.

Le riportiamo di seguito i gestori con i quali Tim ha gli accordi e i
costi che sosterrà:

-ROGERS WIRELESS PARTNERSHIP
la chiamata in uscita ha un costo al minuto pari a €2 senza scatto alla
risposta mentre gli sms hanno un costo pari a 0,49 cent.
Rimanendo a disposizione per ulteriori chiarimenti, porgiamo Distinti

It say you have to pay by credit card, so you can't use prepaid recharge to incoming calls (in Canada)

OK, thank-you very much. At least now I know the answr, and I still have my phone for my next trip to Italy this September and next year.
