question about usa sim cards

Ok, so to activate it by phone I needed another phone!

But with an Italian card on roaming I cannot access 800 numbers. So I had to do it online before leaving... stupid me! You also told me I could do it online HERE...

You can also call US 800 numbers for free via Skype.
