![]() I was just in Italy and purchased a TIM SIM card for my phone to use when I am there again in summer. The gentleman at the Centro TIM store set the prompts to English (I'm working on the Italian, but haven't gotten there yet!), and when I dial 4916 to reveiw status, etc. I can't find a way to set up voicemail. The TIM man's English was not good enough for me to ask about how to set it up, and I can't find anything on the TIM websites, either Italian or English to help me. Any suggestions??
Also, I set up with the TIM Easy plan to reduce the price of calls. Was that the right move? Right now, I don't know anyone else with a TIM phone, although we'll probably buy a second card when we're in Italy again in summer. Thanks for any help-- Ellen |

![]() You should call 4920 (free from Italy) to activate it, if it's not active yet. Then you should just call 4916 to use and possibly set it up. But I've never used TIM in my life, so I'm really not an expert!
