The best solution for you, if you want to top up by scratch cards, is a "Carte Bouygues" with the "formule Max de Temps" so you'll pay only 25 cents per minute. I: Vodafone, Wind, 3; F: Bouygues Telecom; M: Melita; INT: Travelsim, Zeromobile. |

And Liechtenstein is in zone 1. That means you're going to pay 25 cents per minute. I: Vodafone, Wind, 3; F: Bouygues Telecom; M: Melita; INT: Travelsim, Zeromobile. |

Thank you all for your help.
Last thing i'd like to know is: If he has not credit on his sim, is he able to just call me with ringing my phone that i can see his number or does he need his sim card credited just to "try" to call me? If not, is there any way to know that i have to call him back? |
