![]() A new twist on call charges. Orange UK are introducing a new charge of 20p a minute for forwarding calls to +44 079730, +44 078225 and +44 079875. But the charges are only for call forwarding - NOT for making calls to those numbers. Will that affect any of the Jersey calling card providers?

![]() @hawkdeira:
That isn't the method of use and you have it the wrong way round - certain numbers have been in use as access numbers for callthrough, or forwarding as they've called it, so they are proposing to start charging for your outward call to these numbers. You wouldn't forward your incoming calls to this anyway. O2 are taking similar measures against 6 companies, and their CS may come up with daft explanations at the moment about charging on other numbers. @ MATHA531: Call diversion isn't possible anyway on UK pay-as-you-go on; easyMobile used to support it, and Fresh might now (but I can't check), but that's all I'm aware of |
