From the Lebara website:

Roaming TariffsYou can use your Lebara Mobile Pay-As-You-Go SIM when you travel overseas and you want to call back to the UK.

We call this “International Roaming”. Unfortunately we can’t offer you the same low rates when you are “roaming” abroad as when you are calling from within the UK.

However, our roaming rates are still good value compared with the other UK Mobile operators:
