Probably because it was offered for free?
I was thinking of it too, but when I got a reply from them (I asked what the prefix was), they told me: +44 793 (deliberatly not showing the '7').
Enough for me to let it go...

Ummm . . . because I had a credit balance outstanding with Cherry!
