I think we talking past each other -- one commenter was unclear what the German message said, I was just trying to clarify. I too would like to be able to setup voice mail remotely, but I remember I had to wait until got to Europe to do something (turn on call divert?) when I first got the Riiing SIM. I had the same problem with Virgin UK -- I ended spending about half my credit trying to get it setup from the States. It that case I needed to because the party I was meeting in London had no other way to get a message to me if he was delayed.
As for the Voipbuster rates -- I know the website lists more, I'm just reported what was deducted from my account. It may be that they don't realize (yet) that the IoJ numbers a mobiles.
Its funny -- I was checking my CallBackWorld call detail: When I was in Germany last month I used it to my T-D1 number and I was charged as a callback to a landline. Not complaining
