Hmm, it seems that we may have misunderstood one another

Did you dial *137*...# in the dialing menu? If so, it surely won't work.
You should dial *137*...# directly from the phone keyboard and follow it by pressing the SEND/OK/green button or whatever you have on your phone what starts the call . You can also store numbers with the "wrapping code" in the SIM/phone memory.
