Avoid United Mobile!

For me UM is totally unprofessional. Looks like they dont know how to work with equipment, and made many stupid mistakes. And took too much time to resolve many problems.

Given that they developed a custom callback service, installed switch capacity much greater than the whole of the rest of a country, pioneered free incoming roaming, and that the model has been popular enough for similar operations to appear, but they are still growing, that criticism looks unrealistically severe.
