Lebara Mobile Sim for The Netherlands Shipped to States?

I'll be in Amsterdam or a week in the fall and plan to use a Lebara Mobile SIM. It seems they have about the best rates to call the US. I know it will be easy to buy one once I get to Amsterdam however, I was hoping to have it and my phone # in hand before leaving the states. I could but one from Cellular World but they are charging $69.00 for it. If anyone has any ideas about who I could order from I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I wanted a Lycamobile SIM but couldn't find anyone willing to ship to the US. The Lebara SIM was offered on eBay so I grabbed it. Now I just have to figure out how to activate it.
