I have bought in a post office them Austrian one prepaid brokerage house a1. When they have arrived to house and I have inserted it in the telephone I have inasmuch as it does not work. I have asked the adddetto if he served the identity card but it has said not. The brokerage house is connected to the net (vodafone and others) but when it is tried to telephone the call comes rejected. As I can make in order to activate the brokerage house (I do not succeed to return in Austria), I would not want to have thrown via 14 euro! Moreover: The paper is one b-free. If the number is called he turns out nonexistent. With it tightens it asterisco101cancelletto exits the written Auftrag in arbeit that sincerely I do not know what means inasmuch as I do not know the German. It is not succeeded not to call number 0800 664 2903. The messages do not arrive even if turn out regularly send to you (from cellular wind). I think you will need an Austrian or someone who has activated an A1 SIM to explain how to activate the SIM card to you. It would be good to know from you: Are you in Italy NOW or in Austria? For what country is the number 0800 664 2903? Does the phone find the A1 network even if you are in Italy? Some places in Italy near the Austrian border may have access to the A1 network. My experience with German cards has been that you must ACTIVATE THE SIM in Germany when it is registered on the HOME network - in your case you would need to activate A1 in Austria. Until the SIM is properly activated, you will not be able to receive calls or SMS or make outbound calls or SMS. That is why calls are rejected and why if you call the SIM number, the number is not in service. You will not be able to make any calls, even to 0800 664 2903, if the SIM is not activated. If 0800 664 2903 is in Austria as the activation number, then all the more so if you are in Italy and cannot register on the A1 network. "Auftrag in arbeit" might mean that the order is being worked on. Good luck.
